Play Values Framework announced

From next January, children’s playgrounds in new public housing estates will go beyond the traditional see-saws and swings. A new Play Values Framework will guide future playgrounds to better support the kids’ physical, social and creative developments. Daniel Martin discusses further with Darius Lee, father of a 3-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl, and Executive Director of Cultivate SG.
