The Two Incision Technique and Distal Biceps Fixation
A dual incision technique has been developed to avoid injury to the radial nerve, slash p i n. Post operatively, these patients should be immobilized in a hundred and ten degrees of flexion and moderate supenation. Know that a combination technique, that is a sutre button plus an interference screw, will be stronger than a single technique. Button fixation can tolerate 400 newtons of force. Sutre anchor fixation tolerates 380 newtons of Force. The bone tunnel technique tolerates 310 newtons ofForce. And an interference screw tolerates 230 newtons offorce.
