The Importance of Ops Leaders in Growth Stage Companies

When do you think a growth stage company should bring on an ops leader? Because I think companies underestimate how important ops can be early in the process of scale. And for instance, we brought on a VP of ops when we were probably 15, 20 employees. We did it early because we wanted to create great experiences across the board and make sure we had the right process in place to scale.
