Mindfulness is not all about sitting in the corner, cross legged with a justic om our. Mindfulness is being very aware of what's going on in the present moment and being focused on the present moment. The only thing that we can manage in this process is ourselves. We've got to dissociate ourselves from our thoughts and our thinking. And we do that in a mindful way. To follow our breath cycle of when we breathe in, hold, breathe out, and breathe out over a longer period of time will allow us to make better decisions during moments of quiet.
