Is There a Difference in Air Conditioning?

i'm originally from newfoundland in canada, where it's much, much cooler. The buildings here are actually probably over air conditioned to the point that a normal temperature indoors is warm for me. You don't really do much in the middle of the day in this heat, because it's stifling. This humidity this time of year is probably as bad as it gets. But then at other times, you know, you can exercise at night when the humidity isn't too high. I cycle at night. We have some of the craziest, foggiest, windiest, rainiest, snowiest weather in the world.
