Both of my parents are in the medical field. My ex spouse is still in the medical fields. And so I had these two pretty influential people in my life go through that and they loved it too. So I thought, well, maybe I'll like it too. He made about 28,000 his first year as a professional pilot. When he started out, it was a tiny airline with really small prop planesThat we flew nine people on. Now I fly for a major airline. It's one of the best professional reasons to fly. The way it typically works is the smaller the airline that you fly for if you are a first officer or a captain.
