The Losers Game

An article published in 1975 called the Losers Game resonated with me very clearly. It said that all you need to do is keep getting it over the net and wait for your opponent to make a mistake. And if you do that over and over again, you can be a somewhat average tennis player, but you can turn it into a winning game. My boss at the time, who's the chartest, recommended I read this article early in my, in my analyst career. He just thought that that made a ton of sense. In fact, to this day, I applied to my tennis game,. But I also think it applies to my professional career as well.
