I Love Low Intensity Erovic Training
When we go to low intensity erovic training, or the rovic training, everyone hates. So i can' actually look at strength training, and turns t the lens of arobic training. Because all training is arobic to dagree. If you actually don't have oxygen, you're not going to make it long. You're doneso. That sounds like a big problem to me because that's probably a lot of people's parking brakes in the soft community and operator community.
