The Evolution of Neanderthal DNA in Africa
Researchers from Princeton now believe based on a computational method that Africans do, in fact, have Neanderthal DNA. There could be like, say, a dozen changes that a modern African population shares with ancient Neanderthal population. So if you move into hundreds or thousands of changes that are sort of shared, then it's much more likely that there was an intergression situation.
