Growing a Christmas Tree

i find myself wondering, we heard from that christmas tree farmer who explained just how hard it was for them to get the fraser fur to take off here. Is this somewhat of a difficult project for the botanical garden in that you're also dealing with the misory humidity? And i would say, growing the plant to a long term is not the primary goal. M so part of it is just learning how to grow it. We know that this plant is not going to like the heat and humidity of saint louis. And that's ok. We can still learn a lot by growing it, and we hope to share in it's not going to thrive here.
