Do You Use the iPad and a Pad of Paper in a Meeting?

Are you in and out of OmniFocus during your meeting or do you just make notes to come back and throw into OmniFocus later? Cause I know you'd mentioned previously, you don't like to stay in OmniFocus all day. You put your tasks in, you review it and you use the day to get stuff done. If I'm running a meeting, I won't open OmniFocus because that's just gonna be nutty. But as an attendee, I definitely will be looking at if people are starting to say, well, I need you to do this, this, and this.
