You Have an Infant, Don't Expect to Sleep.
Don't freak out if you don't sleep. Talk to your kids constantly from day one, preferably in foreign language. Volunteer to change all the dippers. Take turns night feeding. Give foot rubs like your life depends on it. Once your little engines get going, never stop having fun with it.
