The Importance of Culture in Business

There's a lot of this survivorship bias in business where like you look at something after the fact and go oh yeah they had a great mission statement or a cult like culture. I don't think that's what it is and look when we're talking about culture we'retalking about actions not beliefs. How do you get people to behave how you want them to behave when you're not there? And so how do you program them in turns out to be a very very kind of complex effort and not easily done.
