This is the biggest revision and the most new material of any of them. There's been almost five new chapters that have been added. I deal with cryptocurrency and Bitcoin, which was not an issue 10 years ago. The return on the REIT index is virtually exactly the same as the S&P 500. In every recession, except one, the drawdown of REITs was greater than the S-P 500.
