There's a lot of pseudo science on the intena am when it comes to things like leaky gut. But you've touched on a real key point, which is diversity. Evidence has shown that people who do have higher plant diversity up to this what we seen now, have an overall better gut health. So i think we should all try to aim for the 30 different plants a week. And throughout the week, switching it up too. Because if we're not doing that, we're literally starving our gut microbes,. and then they cannot do all these incredible functions that they're set out to do exactly ex it's quite fascinating, isn't it?
