If this does go to court, or as part of the settlement, a musk is either ordered, ayou mentioned this term before, that there's specific performance. And so delaware chancery court can and does order people to do things, including by companies. In principle, in principal, you cound just hire somebody else to do it. We don't have to order him to actually run the company to get teeldon. But i think it seems a little unlikely that the existing management team will stick around.
