What Makes a Good Leader?
I enjoy work the most in two different settings. The first one is when I have an entire day of space. Sometimes I use like a Saturday or Sunday. So very visionary sort of creative open-ended work I find very inspiring. And on the exact opposite side actually being in on like a team all hands or a call and talking through the things that I the things that we've learned some of the challenges that we're facing as a organization how we're going to address them. Both of those sort of sides of leading a team of people and also doing a lot of solo creative work are both very inspiring to me.
