Kristin, you used to struggle with being angry and frustrated. Do you feel like you've completely gotten rid of that anger and frustration or have you learned to cope with it? I think the answer is that I had to make a decision not to beat myself up anymore. It was a daily almost minute by minute decision where I would literally talk to myself out loud and be like, no, Kristin, we're not doing that anymore. We're not yelling at ourselves that way anymore. No more of that.
