It functions by restructuring the nervous system's response to the event, calculating financial runway based on time rather than currency, and retooling the professional’s value narrative. The goal is to move from employee thinking to CEO thinking.

Key Concepts

The Asset vs. The Container: A framework identifying the individual leader as the primary asset and the company as a temporary container where leadership resources are deployed and subsequently reclaimed upon exit.

Financial Runway: A calculable business metric representing the household’s survival duration without new income, determined by dividing net liquid assets (total assets minus liabilities) by the 12-month average of recurring monthly liabilities.
