Did Fox Know It Was Lying?
The standard is did Fox know it was lying or did it have reckless disregard for the truth? In the context of a party here, we have Dominion, which claims that it was injured, that it lost a ton of business because of these lies. I think what this lawsuit really speaks to is just the enormous arrogance of Fox News and Rupert Murdoch and his family in believing that they could do this and get away with it. They had good reason to believe that because they've done it so much in the past.
