The Book of Revelation - Idealism and Pretorism
The book of revelation is just one big, kind of parabler or visionary experience to describe the battle between the good and bad. It doesn't have the later emphasis that they would on the 80 70 fulfilment of those things. And so augustine seems kind of like a transition to kind of see a more historical fulfilment, a fulfilment in reality, rather than a fulfilment ins some immateriala heavenly destiny. But idealism has some sort of flavor throughout the entire church.
