The Court Grants Cert in Gonzales Versus Google, Tamne Versus Twitter
The court granted cert in two cases that are very interrelated, it's sort of procedurally complicated. The first case is Gonzales versus Google, our second is Twitter versus Tamne. Depending on which way the court goes, I think it could really substantially change the scope of 230. And so this sort of turns on some naughty issues of statutory interpretation.
