Prayer is a central factor in the rule of life or spiritual disciplines and spiritual intimacy. How do we start to reinvigorate revitalize our prayer life? Well, I think it's helpful to have kind of coaches, really. Ignatian ways of getting into prayer, coming back to St Ignatius who was like a superhero. He gave us the famine.
