Mayor John Fenneman's Vandalization of a Local Business Sign

Lieutenant Governor John Federman says he's doing 'fantastic' when asked about his health. But in a TV news report of him vandalizing a local business sign, Fenneman admits that he did it. He actually knew he was captured by surveillance cameras, but he didn't care. "I know that they have cameras out front and it was my way of putting them on notice," the mayor said.
