Dupitrance disease most commonly involves the small or ring finger. Symptoms include decreased range of motion, affecting activities of daily living and painful nodules. The Houston's Tabletop Test is when you ask the patient to place his or her palm flat on the table and you can then look for MCP or PIP contracture.
