Introduction
It's RBA day today, so will they or won't they? Maybe they'll wait and see. Perhaps they'll be looking at the slowdown elsewhere, like the US where the manufacturing ISM was a big downside to surprise yesterday. The NASDAQ is up 0.2%, but just 0.1% for the S&P and the Dow barely in the green in a shortened session with the finished one in the afternoon in the US. Aussie 10 years fell six basis points yesterday down to 3.97% a little higher on futures overnight, but still below 4%. In fact, not much in between 3 and 10 years, just a couple of basis points.
