When it's early stage, the team is always going to be the deal breaker. We want to know if the CEO has proper training and experience in working with AI model. And what is the vision of the C, the CTO? Where does he want to think the company was the tech? Now on the later stage, I think it's a little bit of a different game, because it tends to be very capital intensive.
