Is H G Wells's Idea to Have a Central Encyclopaedia Better Than What We Have Today?
i'm just wondering whether even h g. Wells's idea to have the centralized encyclopaedia even better compared to what we have now, i think they've come up with a good system for allowing us to describe the world. And he did not give that much thought. He was very naive in terms of what he thought might happen. It is only through, for instance, that wicipaedia,. you know, two decades of discussions and arguments about, well, is it good enough to find an expert that says something? Even if it is contrary to the consensus for representation in w anticipaedia. I call it epistemic stand rics. It's about knowledge.
