Gas Stoves in New Multi-Family Housing
Air quality is a particular problem in the kinds of small apartments that poor people generally live in, at least in cities. Poor kids are way disproportionately affected by asthma. Banning gas stoves in any new public housing is one thing that the government could do. In practice, it's going to be whatever the landlord chooses. And we're generally more comfortable regulating landlords than we are regulating owner occupiers for totally logical reasons.
