Do You Have a Non-Compete?
I'm really struggling to find any example where a non-compete is fair and appropriate. Like even for a CEO of a so-called evil corporation, like they should be able to go from Coca-Cola to Pepsi as long as they're not bringing the recipe. I don't see why workers- Black women. Because the thing you have that you're providing is your work. That is your value. And so your value gets diminished. If in this contract, it says you can't use your skills at all of these other places, it's fundamentally unfair and diminishes your own value.
