The next time you're on a discovery call or a sales call, try shifting your focus to your client's customer. I definitely wish I would have gone back and done that because it would have made my life a lot easier. And I don't know if you design first and then do copy second or if that works together, but copy first design. We are a content for, we're content first designers. So we build wireframes as our primary deliverable now.
