The Future of the EPA
Last Friday, I was sworn in as the EPA administrator. Conservatives clapped and cheered. And I will tell you, the future ain't what it used to be at the EPA. Scott Pruitt spent the last two years suing the EPA 14 times. It is sort of fundamental philosophy that the EPA shouldn't be doing a lot of what it's doing.
