Timothy Stanley: I don't see any central banks except for the Bank of Japan, who is a very special case. But no other central bank is explicitly controlling or fixing prices. It's just making sure that in moments of tension, the liquidity stays there and is there for investors to not run away. We do have some architecture of the risking that could be scaled up, but into something more of a state led to the carbonization.
