i have an eating disorder. I associate fast food with my emotional state. It's making craving healthy items incredibly difficult. Eating mac donalds does not make you a bad person. You could eat it every day if you wanted to. But how is it making you feel? What are some of the things that we can do instead of eating food to change our mood? i always recommend keeping a list of foods stocked, and that you check in with yourself every three to four hours.
