The Snakes in the Damned Creek
Balnor Luna and his friends go on a mission to save Ol' Cobb from an evil tree. They find him in the middle of a creek where he's looking at a snake that looks like it might bite them. Balnor does a running long jump, which is remarkable athleticism for 25 feet but not as good as what happens next. The two are forced to swim with the snake while trying to avoid being bitten by another serpent. At one point they have to use their luck points to get out of danger.
