The ophthalmology rate while certainly better than the others was a lot higher than I would have expected. For example if you had a sarcoid related pan-uveitis or the authors reported they found papilladema in this case the paper is probably reviewed by a non-neurophthalmologist because it's not really their area of expertise. And so that may be why we see that error rates in ophthalmology journals similar for like you could have a common case where you have a hypotenae it's described as Papilladema but the como specialist is really focused on the nitty gritty parts of the management of IOP and probably doesn't mention this in
