The Paradigm Shift in Afghanistan: How the Taliban Provided Security

CNN's John Defterios sat down with retired Gen. Brian Kirby to talk about his time as an advisor in Afghanistan. He says the Taliban provided security because they didn't have enough, and that was a 'huge paradigm shift' for him.
