What Brands Are Realizing Is the Impending Death of Third Party Cookies
Brands are realizing that they really outsourced all of their targeting, their customer targeting and their remarketing to the likes of Facebook and Google. They've started to move away from just looking at experience on the front end in terms of personalization using platforms like Nosto and Monetate. Now what they're realizing is actually what we need is a combination of both zero and first party data. If you looked at revenue or even the CLV for those two customers may look identical, but one may return 0.5 products per order,0.5% less than the other. So there's a lot of factors that come into play here but one of the things that I'm seeing
