A VPN is a virtual private network. You can get one right now, Simon. And it allows you to change your IP address. This how you would get Netflix. So if you wanted French Netflix or American Netflix or Thai Netflix, you can just make your eye. But either way, I'm sure like I'm sure the CIA can track you whether you're using a VPN or not.
