The White House Isn't Convinced Is Going to End Just With Diplomatic Talks
The white house has been back on its hells since the middle of this summer. They obviously understand they can't be seen looking weak in these negotiations with russia. Expectations, as ker said, are very low from both sides that there could be a break through.
