Amazon's Lawsuit Against Vonnage Makes It Harder for People to Cancel Their Subscriptions
The FTC is taking close aim at businesses offering subscriptions that are easy to get into and tough to get out of. The difficulty to cancel thing has been a main focus of the FTC under Lena Khan. Amazon says they don't believe the FTC is allegations that they think, you know, it is not that difficult to cancel their service.
