Renner: Contractors are just absolutely going knots. And that's good for a disciplined business, but it's bad for the industry as a whole. So they're going to go the undisciplined businesses and lay those people off. Those people will either leave the work force and go to other areas of the work force,. or they're just going to retire. Renner: If you get gypped here, demand comes back; there's no way out of that.
