Bailey Schneider, 25, was found dead with a cord around her neck in June 2018. Her boyfriend's father was a retired Supreme Court judge and his stepmother was a current city county judge. No one is even being looked at in Phoebe's case since officially it's still an accident. "I cannot fathom how this got jumbled so badly," she says.
