Jason iunderstad: We need the whole company who aren't data illiterate. He says it's not very intuitive for people outside of data to understand that model and then make it work. The other thing is, if you're thinking of tools, don't just lok alike, he adds. Also consider who has the most momentum, and then who will be the best partner in the long run.
