Debt Is a Problem
The dominant narrative round det m is one that has been promoted by rich governments and private creditors for a very, very long time. It's interesting that we are seeing some changes in the rhetoric around the world bank an the iam f. But even though they can have put that rhetoric out, they themselves haven't taken part in these scoms. And so, yes, even thau, i think it is interesting seeing the shift of some of te shift in rhetoric with the world bank and iam f specially in the context of the pandemic.
