In germany, nobody's really fussed about how long it takes to form a new collision. The old government simply stays in plae as a care take government. And you can wait your white quite while things happen. You know, the p r system in germany rarely, if ever, produces an absolute majority. So i think there was one occasion in the fifties where itt once happened.
