The Liberals' Trap on Affirmative Action
If Joy Reid got into Harvard because she had a perfect SAT score and she was valedictorian of her class, then she didn't get in because of affirmative action. You can't have an unfair advantage for one person without an unfair disadvantage for another person. This is where the liberals really fell into a trap here on affirmative action. Had it just been an unjust discrimination against white people, given our liberal regime, they probably would have gotten away with it.
