The $1.5 Trillion Administration Pay Go
GOP Rep. Kevin McCarthy is pushing a bill to raise the debt ceiling and cut spending by $1.5 trillion over 10 years. The White House, however, can waive that part of the deal for any reason at any time according to CNN's John Defterios. Boehner says he thinks more Republicans are on board with his plan now than when it was first introduced last year. But Democrats say they're not going to bring this legislation to the floor because there won't be enough support from GOP lawmakers.
