Ashley Flynn, 37, was found dead in the early morning hours of February 16th after officers received a report of a burglary and shooting at a Tipp City home. Her husband and two children were inside the home when officers arrived.
According to Miami County officials, Caleb Flynn, a former American Idol contestant, was taken into custody and charged with murder after investigators say Ashley Flynn’s body was found in their home. Prosecutors have not released details about a motive.
