The first thing that i always do is assess the current customer base. And so when i do thati'll slice and dice it, try and figure out different ways to sagment it a man. Then from there, once they're in the buckets, i will go and visit customers i'm in those buckets,. If i segmented them in this way, are there differences between them? And then what i'll do is i'll take those exact same groups, but i'll go and talk to people that are non customers that fall into those groups.
